Bug fixes
- Scenario Editor uncheck “on the ground” moves the plane above airport altitude.
- Requested altitude can be amually entered in the toolbar (when something different is required than the items in the list).
- VATSIM TOKEN was not added to simulator connection, therefore simualtor to SweatBox2 was not possible.
- MinDistance between planes following each other is calculated from extent.
- Simulator route define did not show on radar screen.
- Fix show pending coordinations on top of the lists.
- S-Mode equipment codes from general settings dialog.
- Fixes based on Sentry logs.
